​The Yuehuayuan Community of Our Company Received a Special Inspection by the District People's Congress Research Group

On the morning of November 27th, Deputy Director Huang of the Standing Committee of the Changtai District People's Congress led a team to Yuehuayuan Community to conduct a special research on the renovation of old residential communities. Participants in the research included persons in charge and members of relevant committees/offices of the Standing Committee of the District People's Congress, the person in charge of the District Urban Management and Property Center, and representatives of property enterprises. Deputy Director Lei of the Standing Committee of the Xiangcheng District People's Congress, accompanied by Director Li of the Urban and Environmental Protection Committee of Xiangcheng District, Director Liu of the Urban Management Law Enforcement Bureau, Deputy Director Lv of the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, Director Chen of the People's Congress of Xinqiao Sub-district, Secretary Liang of Yuehua Community and other relevant leaders, as well as our company's Deputy General Manager Zheng Zhuxia, attended the inspection.

The research group conducted an on-site visit to Yuehuayuan Community, focusing on inspecting the renovation effects of the old residential community, the quality of property services and the publicity status. They visited the "Neighbor Corridor", "Neighbor Square" and the commercial street successively, and gained an in-depth understanding of the coordination and handling mechanism for residents' opinions during the renovation, as well as the achievements in improving the living environment and services after the renovation. Subsequently, the research group visited the exhibition hall of our company's "Party Building Position" and listened to a report on the practice of joint construction, co-construction and co-governance of community party building with "Red Property" as the starting point.

At the forum, all participants watched a short promotional video on the joint construction of property party building titled The Smoke and Fire of Human Life Comforts the People's Hearts Most. The research group affirmed the community renovation achievements and the effectiveness of the "Red Property" construction, and both sides conducted in-depth exchanges on issues such as the long-term management of old residential communities and the integration of party building into services.
