​Opening a New Chapter in the Northwest, Mapping Out a New Blueprint for National Layout

Recently, the unveiling ceremony of Shaanxi Branch of CHINA SPH Property Management Corporation Ltd.was held at the Zhangzhou Chamber of Commerce by Hancheng Lake in Xi'an. Staff of the branch arrived at the venue in formal attire ahead of schedule, carefully arranging the layout of the office area and the placement of items, and wiping the company nameplate with great care to welcome guests with a neat and orderly appearance.

President Wang of Xi'an Zhangzhou Chamber of Commerce and Secretary Guo of its Party Branch attended the ceremony. Yang Wenqing, Deputy General Manager of the parent company and General Manager of the Public Construction Branch, unveiled the plaque together with staff from functional departments and the guests. After the unveiling, General Manager Yang held in-depth talks with President Wang and Secretary Guo of the Chamber of Commerce, sincerely thanking the Zhangzhou Chamber of Commerce for its all-round support for the establishment of the branch. Both parties exchanged views on resource sharing, Fujian-Shaanxi cooperation and joint development. Prior to the ceremony, all participants took a group photo to commemorate this significant moment. The establishment of Shaanxi Branch marks Tianli Renhe Property Service’s official entry into the northwest market.

Going forward, the company will draw on advanced property management experience and service concepts to provide high-quality services to customers in Shaanxi.
