​Strengthening the Safety Defense Line, Safeguarding the Development of the Business District

Recently, Cai Baozhen, General Manager of the Fixed Asset Management Division, led a team to conduct a special inspection on safety and operation work at the City Plaza Business District, accompanied by relevant responsible persons from the Commercial Management Company and the Property Project Service Center.

The inspection team went deep into key areas of the business district including street-front stores, underground parking garages, and the atrium terrace of the shopping mall, conducting a detailed check on key links such as supporting facilities, parking space rectification, safety barriers, and the implementation of emergency plans. General Manager Cai Baozhen emphasized that safety is the lifeline of business district operation, and zero tolerance must be shown for hidden dangers to ensure a full closed-loop rectification. She also required the responsible departments to strengthen daily inspections and improve the response mechanism for emergencies.

At present, the Commercial Management Company and the Property Project Service Center have formulated rectification plans for the problems identified in the inspection. In the future, they will continue to promote the construction of safety standardization and refined operation, fully strive to create a safe and comfortable shopping environment for consumers, and drive the high-quality development of the City Plaza Business District.
