Teaming Up with Jiangnan Yizao to Explore Ancient Architecture Landscapes —— Design Institute Expert Team Visits Our Company for Scheme Discussion

In mid-May, Director Liu of Suzhou Jiangnan Yizao Design Institute, along with a team of 6 senior professionals including the ancient architecture design team, landscape design director, and representatives from three Taihu Ancient Architecture enterprises, visited our company to hold a 2-day "Special Report and Optimization Seminar on Ancient Architecture and Landscape Design Schemes". Focusing on the regional cultural characteristics of the project and our company's development needs, the design institute team systematically proposed a refined improvement plan from the perspectives of ancient building form restoration, material and craftsmanship optimization, and landscape circulation planning. Group leaders General Shen, General Song Qi, Development Division Head General Chen Kunhui, and the real estate technical team participated throughout the process, conducting multiple rounds of in-depth exchanges on the cultural expression, spatial practicality, and engineering implementability of the scheme. At the meeting, our company urged the design team to further focus on detailed refinement, deepen the clever integration of historical elements with modern functions, and simultaneously carry out a comprehensive evaluation of cost-effectiveness. Both parties agreed to complete the scheme iteration and restart the review within a short period.
