On the basis of stabilizing the charging pile business, it has actively expanded diverse value-added community services, especially in the fields of water and electricity maintenance, and is committed to effectively solving various problems in residents' daily lives with the concept of "precision service".

Expansion and upgrading of charging piles to solve charging difficulties. Residents of Building 16 in Harmony City and the Ruijingcheng project have long been troubled by electric bicycle charging issues. Upon learning of the situation, Youzhai Community Company joined hands with the property management at the first opportunity to conduct on-site surveys. After rigorous planning and preparation, 5 additional charging devices with a total of 10 charging ports were installed on the south side of Building 16 in Harmony City; 23 devices providing 46 charging ports were added in the areas of Buildings 7 and 8 in Ruijingcheng. The successful completion of this charging pile expansion project has significantly alleviated the charging pressure on owners and strongly guaranteed residents' daily travel.

Expanding the maintenance service scope and standardizing professional service processes. Youzhai Community Company has actively expanded its maintenance business segment, successfully undertaking several small-scale water and electricity maintenance projects in locations such as Bihu Tianjiao storefronts and Urban Sunshine. Meanwhile, the company has launched in-home maintenance testing services, efficiently completing numerous home maintenance orders and accurately addressing customers' high-frequency needs in areas like water and electricity maintenance and pipeline inspection. To make services more transparent and standardized, the company has systematically sorted out maintenance project processes, formulated clear and reasonable charging standards, and simultaneously updated the content of its online mini-program, ensuring that residents are fully informed of all details before enjoying the services.

Diverse services flourishing, exploring new horizons in community services. In addition to the above-mentioned services, Youzhai Community Company continues to innovate in the field of value-added services. The proposal to add a self-service car wash project in the basement of Harmony City has been successfully approved and is currently being steadily promoted for implementation; preparations for air-conditioning cleaning services have been completed, with operations launched in some areas to create a more comfortable living environment for residents. The Sam's purchasing service continues to operate, meeting residents' personalized shopping needs. The company is also actively collaborating with Rinho Community and the Civil Affairs Bureau to explore a new model of "property services + elderly care services", committed to providing more considerate and convenient life care services for the elderly in the community.
