School-Enterprise Co-education, Reserve High-Quality Teachers

This month, the Education Company joined hands with the Early Childhood Education major of Zhangzhou City College to inject fresh blood into its affiliated kindergartens and childcare center projects – 20 initial trainee teachers. Over the next week, these trainee teachers will fully engage in early education internship work, integrating theoretical knowledge with practice. 

The launch of this trainee admission program in cooperation with the vocational college holds multiple strategic significances. During the peak season for childcare enrollment, the timely participation of trainee teachers has effectively alleviated the staffing pressure of the projects, ensuring the smooth progress of enrollment, study tours and other work. Through observation and evaluation during the internship, it is possible to accurately select interns with excellent comprehensive training performance, reserving high-quality teacher resources for the projects. It further deepens cooperation with well-known local colleges specializing in preschool education, moving towards the goal of co-building a practice base and striving to complete the licensing ceremony at an early date. This will not only strengthen the depth of cooperation between the two parties, but also enhance the project's educational recognition and popularity at the official level, laying a solid foundation for the long-term development of the projects.
