Arrangements for the Smooth Launch of the "Tianxing" Early Education Course Project

In 2023, our company took the lead in incubating a childcare center project based on the kindergarten project through its subsidiary, SPH Golden Star Education Consulting Company. After maintaining stable operations in 2024, the company, building on the steady operation of the childcare center, led the launch of the "Tianxing" early education course project in 2025.

The "Tianxing" early education course incorporates the connotations of the current mainstream "STEM education" in China. Drawing on the practical experience of early education courses from the project's "Sunflower" Parent-Child Hut since 2019, it has developed a complete educational and teaching model (the partner currently lacks a systematic early education course system). On this basis, our team has also gained multi-dimensional insights into similar competing courses in the market, such as those offered by "Gymboree" and Lingbo Childcare. By summarizing these, we have developed a more high-quality, localized, practical, and market-competitive course content, opening up a new track for increasing revenue through value-added childcare services.

In February, matching various enrollment activities, the course successfully enrolled 4 children over 2 years old. Going forward, our company will continue to follow up on the project's curriculum design and course activities, and promote the continuous optimization of matching teaching plans and materials. This will lay the foundation for the rapid development of the project, ensuring that during the period of shrinking student sources, we can enhance new revenue streams and open up new tracks through high-quality value-added services.
