Fire safety, accompany me on my "child" journey

To focus on campus fire safety and maintain vigilance at all times, SPH Golden Star Kindergarten organized a fire emergency evacuation drill in mid-October 2024. This initiative aims to popularize fire safety knowledge, enhance teachers' and children's awareness of fire safety, and improve their ability to respond to emergencies.

Before the drill, all faculty and staff held a fire drill work meeting, formulated a detailed fire evacuation drill plan based on actual conditions, and made sufficient preparations for the drill.

Before the formal drill, teachers explained fire escape and self-rescue methods to the children, tailored to their age characteristics. This helped the children master basic self-rescue skills and enhance their self-protection awareness. After the evacuation drill, the principal interacted with the children, asking for their thoughts on the fire drill and how to respond correctly in the event of a fire, reinforcing the relevant knowledge.

The practical experience of this fire drill enhanced the fire safety awareness of both teachers and children, popularized fire safety knowledge, and improved the children's self-rescue abilities. It further strengthened their capacity to handle emergencies and organize a quick and safe evacuation. We will continue to prioritize safety, take preventive measures, and create a secure and healthy campus.
