Real Estate Company丨Xiadong Building Fire Equipment Renovation and Upgrading Project Completed Successfully

This month, our company successfully completed the second renovation and upgrading project of fire protection equipment and facilities in Xiadong Building. The Engineering Department organized a professional construction team, worked overtime, grasped the progress, and completed all renovation tasks on July 10. Subsequently, on July 12, the third-party fire protection assessment test was successfully completed, and the assessment report was obtained. At the same time, the report was submitted to the fire protection authority for re-inspection. On July 18, the project successfully passed the on-site evaluation and acceptance by the Xiangcheng District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department, marking that the renovation and upgrading project has achieved certain results.

At present, our company has transferred the relevant files to the District Natural Resources Bureau to apply for a planning opinion letter for the Xiadong Building, so as to be fully prepared for the subsequent land assessment work.
