Invited to give lectures and start a new round of work

After our company was awarded the honor of "Fujian Province 2022 AAA Credit Rating Property Service Enterprise".  On June 7, Zhangzhou Property Management Association invited Wang Tingting, manager of the Operation and HR Department, attended a special training session on "Interpretation of the Comprehensive Credit Evaluation Method and System Reporting of Property Service Enterprises in Fujian Province" for the Zhangzhou property service industry, and gave an on-site lecture on "Practical Operation of Filling in the Credit Evaluation System for Property Service Enterprises in Fujian Province". Relevant leaders of Zhangzhou City Administration Bureau came to provide guidance, and more than 200 property management company managers and managers participated in the training.

During the lectures, Wang Tingting shared the experience and practices of applying for the credit evaluation system of the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and explained in detail the essentials of system operation. Demonstrated the enterprise application process and system operation, and answered questions on the spot in conjunction with the enterprise application process, which won praise from the relevant leaders of the Municipal Urban Management Bureau, the Municipal Property Association and property industry peers. It was also publicized and reported on platforms such as Zhangzhou Municipal Urban Management Bureau and Property Management Association.

After the lectures, the relevant personnel of the Operation and Human Resources Department immediately started filling in the new round of property service enterprise credit system in 2023 after receiving the notice from the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. According to the evaluation method and scoring rules, sort out the information required for each module of the system in 2023, and notify the General Affairs Department, Finance Department, and Quality Control Department of each branch to collect relevant information, and gradually enter and apply for it, striving for new honors.
