Good news | CHINA SPH Property Management has become the first national property service standardization pilot project in Fujian Province.

Recently, according to the Notice of the National Standardization Administration on Issuing the 2022 National Service Industry Standardization Pilot Project (GSWF [2022] No. 45), the pilot project of property service standardization in SPH, Zhangzhou, Fujian was successfully approved and became the first national property service standardization pilot project in Fujian Province.

In the next step, under the guidance of Zhangzhou Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, our company will carefully organize and implement this project in an orderly manner in accordance with the national series standards of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Service Industry Standardization Pilot, the Guidelines for the Standardization of Service Industry Organizations, the Detailed Rules for the Performance Evaluation of Property Management Service Organizations, and the local standards of Fujian Province, We will solidly create a new working mechanism of "there are processes everywhere, standards for everything, people in charge of things, assessment for posts, and adherence every day". Through this project construction, we will refine the fresh practical experience into a theoretical system to guide the standardization of property services, further standardize the service behavior, improve the service level, establish a brand image, promote consumer mutual trust, and provide a standardized demonstration benchmark for the property service industry in Fujian Province and even the whole country.
