From September 23 to 25, 2022, CHINA SPH Property Management Corporation Ltd. sent three contestants to participate in the Third Fujian Property Management Industry Vocational Skills Competition held in Fuzhou, jointly sponsored by Fujian Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development and Fujian Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, and organized by Fujian Construction Materials Trade Union Working Committee, Fujian Property Management Association, and Fuzhou Agriculture, Forestry and Water Conservancy Commission. Through the competition, our company won the second prize of the Third Fujian Property Management Industry (Property Manager) Professional Skills Group Competition ; One person won the honorary title of "Provincial Property Management Industry Property Manager Technical Expert", and two people won the honorary title of "Provincial Property Management Industry Property Manager Outstanding Player", which demonstrated our company's strength and capabilities and improved the enterprise's comprehensive competitiveness.
