September saw a serious and complex situation of epidemic prevention and control in places such as Putian, Quanzhou, Xiamen, and Zhangzhou Taiwanese Investment Zone. The leaders of SPH Investment Group Limited Co. attached great importance in this regard in order to further strengthen epidemic prevention and control work, timely and effectively respond to epidemic emergencies, ensure personnel safety and maintain normal order and stability of the Company’s projects. Several notices have been issued on prevention and control of the epidemic since August 18, and various measures have been taken to fulfill the requirements notified by local provincial, municipal and district (county) centers for disease control and prevention, and to adjust the epidemic prevention and control work to local conditions. All entities have earnestly implemented preventive and control measures to ensure personnel safety and project stability.

First, highlighting "early" in the timely preparations for epidemic prevention. We prepare for epidemic prevention and control in a timely manner through early notification, preparation, prevention and implementation of measures.

On the morning of the 18th, the Group also organized nucleic acid testing for employees of functional departments, and more than 200 employees from functional departments of the Group and branches were tested. This action allows for timely control of the health and safety of employees, so as to further ensure the stability of daily work and projects.

Our enterprises and branches/subsidiaries have also earnestly implemented local requirements for epidemic prevention and control and the Group’s preventive and control measures, and made specific prevention and control deployments to their subordinates accordingly. Efforts have been made to organize the command and leading institution for epidemic prevention and control, strengthen the organization and leadership of epidemic prevention and control work, and guide the site control work to ensure effective prevention and control.

Second, strengthening inspection and guidance to ensure that all prevention and control measures are in place.

Aiming at fulfilling the guiding ideology and specific measures of prevention and control of the Group, it is specified that senior executives will not be off during the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday and will be assigned specifically to each project for inspection and supervision.

The person in charge of each project connection point maintains daily inspection and guidance at the project site and takes the initiative to organize project staff to implement epidemic prevention measures, which has achieved certain effects.
