As the Labor Day on May 1st is approaching, the projects’ departments in charging of Zhangzhou urban area of CHINA SPH Property Management Corporation Ltd. affiliated to SPH Investment Group Limited Co. organized and carried out the activity of “Renovation with Cohesion to Help to Achieve the Urban Civilization Standards”,and called on all personnel of the company to actively participate in the activity of creating a better city  in order to cooperate with the activity of building a "national civilized city" in the urban area of Zhangzhou. The leaders of the company took the initiative to the front line to organize and implement and took practical actions to welcome the arrival of "May Day", which has opened the prelude of "Renovation with Cohesion to Help to Achieve the Urban Civilization Standards"! And it helped to promote the efficient work of the development of the city.

Beautify city appearance of the projects with cohesion. In order to improve the environmental sanitation of the project where the company is responsible for, project manager implements three guarantees: responsibility contract, regional contract and cleaning contract in front of and behind the house. According to incomplete statistics, more than 70000 small advertisements have been cleaned, more than 100000 square meters of roads have been cleaned, and more than 50000 square meters of walls have been renovated. At the same time, we have implemented the "four no's, three washes and two tips" standard for environmental sanitation and cleaning (no garbage, no cigarette butts, no sputum, no pet feces; cleaning garbage cans, scrubbing elevators, washing guardrails; garbage classification tips and greening Park tips), cleaned more than 120 vehicles of garbage, sorted out the ground and greening the park, covering an area of more than 2500 square meters, showing a clean and beautiful space for washing and beautifying the city.

Road renovation to show a new look. Some of the company's urban projects have aging buildings and potholes in roads, which affects the work of building a nationally advanced clean city. The project personnel see it and keep it in mind. Engineering personnel were organized to repair, with a total of more than 500 square meters of pavement repaired and 750 meters of guardrail repaired with a total of 115 people. At the same time, the upsurge of "trimming flowers and plants, greening the environment, beautifying the courtyard area and welcoming May Day" has been set off. According to statistics, more than 2300 square meters of turf and 175 saplings have been replanted, which has planted "Green Hope" and displayed a new look for the city.

Maintain order and display benefits. All projects in the urban area take the maintenance of order as an important work to achieve the "three strict controls" (strictly control the parking of cars in place; strictly control the random parking of electric vehicles and bicycles; strictly control the littering of garbage and sundries). At the same time, efforts have been made to achieve results in high-quality services. A series of training work such as civilized etiquette training, traffic law training, epidemic prevention and control training and fire drill have been specially organized.
