At the beginning of 2020, there were two merchants suffering from the COVID-19 outbreak and subjected to high risk of operation, poor condition and closure for a long time. According to the lease contract, we coordinated properly to deal with the merchants’ contract performance and other issues. The merchant (Zhangzhou Lexue Education Consulting Co., Ltd.) on the second floor of D03 in Building 13 of Lize Garden was in trouble in handling the site use permit due to the epidemic. In response, we held active and effective negotiations with the merchant and implemented the optimal solution upon the decision of the Group’s leaders, and took back the store on July 15 and confiscated the contract performance bond. Meanwhile, we attracted new merchants within a short period of time, including China Comfort Travel and Moonlight Milk Tea, which have opened as scheduled.
