The company was established in December 2009, with its business scope covering commercial orientation, planning, investment promotion, operation management output and community diversification of commercial real estate projects such as commercial plazas, commercial streets, office buildings, community supporting facilities, fixed assets, etc.
The successful projects managed by the company include Y.H. Garden Commercial Street, Southeast Trade Market - Motorcycle Market, Antique Market, Flower & Bird Market, Lighting Market, Y.H. City Plaza, City Landmark, Nanchang Road Commercial Street, Danxia Road Commercial Street, Harmony City Community Commercial Street and other commercial projects and the lease management of residential projects held by the property company.
The company sets foot in Zhangzhou and serves the whole province.
