On December 1, Vice President of the Group hosted the President's office meeting, in which members of the president's office and leaders of relevant departments attended. The agenda of the meeting includes the discussion on the 2021 annual objective assessment indicators and human resources allocation plan of each company.

According to the instructions of President Song, on the basis of in-depth analysis of the enterprise's internal and external development , and conducting in-depth research on the following year’s operation and management activities of all enterprises next year, we have made clear about the development direction and striving objectives next year.

The meeting stressed that we should attach great importance to the assessment of objectives and indicators, take the assessment as the yardstick to test the results of work and the basis for fulfilling rewards and punishments, seriously carry out self-examination and self-assessment, deeply find out gaps and deficiencies, summarize experience and successful practices, and provide reference and basis for the work of the next year. We should pay unremitting attention to the promotion and implementation of annual indicators and tasks, comprehensively and carefully

comparing benchmarking and finding gaps, to ensure that all reforms are implemented and effective,meanwhile, we should go all out for tasks which have still room for improvement, continue to sprint and strive to achieve greater results. We should refine and decompose the objectives, plan the work next year as a whole, scientifically decompose the work next year on the basis of the completion of this year's work tasks and indicators, determine the implementation opinions and methods, achieve clear objectives, clear tasks and practical measures, and promote the development of the enterprise with efficient work.

The convening of the meeting made the development goals of the new year more clear and firm, and also sounded the charge of "forging ahead and working hard" for the development of various undertakings of the company in 2021. In the new year, all departments and all enterprises should closely focus on the determined objectives, make unremitting efforts towards a new journey and strive for more brilliant achievements under the leadership of the company's leaders.
